How to link HFR facility id in HEM

User needs to get the facility registered on ABDM Facilty portal (https://facility.abdm.gov.in) first and get the Facility ID generated.
Once Facility ID has been generated, user needs to login on HEM portal(https://hospitals.pmjay.gov.in/) and link facilty id from HFR Linkage menu.
It may be noted that while linking the facility id in HEM application, the OTP will be sent to the Mobile Number registered against the Facility Manager on HFR portal.
