Who will pay for the treatment cost in case of beneficiary of one state goes to another state for treatment?

A beneficiary will be able to get treatment outside the home State also in any empanelled hospital in a cashless manner. Any empanelled hospital will not be allowed to deny services to any PMJAY beneficiary. The home state with whom the beneficiary is registered with will pay for the treatment expenses.
The Medco would have to register and process such beneficiary through the national TMS portal.
