Frequently Asked Question

Different procedures have different requirements. Some treatment would require only clinical notes whereas other require investigation reports etc. to be uploaded in the TMS. In all cases, Medco is able to view the requirements in the attachments tab. Few documents are mandatory and are marked with an asterix (*) and others are optional. Submission in TMS cannot be made without mandatory documents. These documents are vital during the claim procedure also.
